"The day was great and the instructors were very nice and helpful. However, there were some discrepancies in the details we were told by Paintball UK and the policy followed at the Middlesbrough branch. For example, we were charged £7 per 100 paintballs at the Middlesbrough branch, as opposed to the £6 per 100 paintballs as quoted on the confirmation form we printed and brought along with us. Also, gloves were supposedly included, according to Paintball UK, however, at the Middlesbrough branch, they were £5 per person. There should be greater transparency when booking (which took 14 days simply because the Middlesbrough branch are not very good at picking up the telephone to Paintball UK or general customers). Better deals should be included ie free 100 paintballs included in the deal or you should say how many paintballs you will need on average. In short, the day seemed cheap and cheerful until we arrived and were required to pay out £70 for paintballs in order to fully engage in all the games. Even if they were £6 per 100 rather than £7 per 100, that would have been a large saving in itself, given that we ended up buying 1300 paintballs in total. "
