Terms and Conditions

Minimum age requirements for all our venues is 15 years old and above.

All bookings must be paid for in advance by our online booking service or via our booking line telephone number.

Our 100% money back guarantee is offered to all bookings that are booked at least 2 weeks in advance and are cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations must be made by email to avoid any discrepancies when taking part in the money back guarantee.  All bookings within 7 days of game date are strictly non-refundable. All bookings outside of this period are subject to a 50% refund upon cancellation.  Paintballing Limited reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. In the event of cancellation on our behalf, an alternative date, venue or full refund will be offered.

If you wish to change the date of your event we must have 20 days notice.if a change of date is requested by the client then an administration fee of £20 will be charged.

In the event that your venue of choice is fully booked, an alternative venue will be offered to you.

Events cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, (which may include but not limited to acts of god, government restrictions, weather) no refunds will apply, instead groups will be offered new dates when available to do so which may be valid for up to 12 months. 

For bookings of 50 or more players we are unable to offer any percentage refund unless cancelled a minimum of 3 months before the date of the event in which case a 50% refund will apply. Any cancellation within the 3 month period will not be eligible for a refund.

Players must adhere to rules and regulations at all our venues on the day of their event. Players should remain courteous to staff and game marshalls at all times. Failure to do so may lead to you being asked to leave the site without a refund. Players must arrive on site at the specified start time on your confirmation. Players must be present for the safety briefing, failure to attend the safety briefing can lead to your event being cancelled and no refund or ammendment will be offered.

Your booking is not confirmed until you have received an e-mail confirmation or written confirmation. In receipt of your confirmation you must check that all the details are correct, as amendments may not be possible at a later date. You will be required to take a copy of either of these on the day as proof of your booking.

If you are playing on a full day session, your paintballs may be given to you in the afternoon.  If you abandon the venue before the specified finish time, your paintballs will be forfeited. Players that fail to turn up on the day of your event forfeit their 100 paintballs and payment as a way of deposit. Paintballs are in no circumstances transferable to other members of the group.

Additional paintballs can only be purchased on site and you are not permitted to bring your own. Paintball prices are subject to change. Bulk rates of paintballs cannot be split between players at some of our venues, please enquire upon booking to find out if you are able to split them between players
Refunds are at Paintballing Limited’s discretion.

Whilst we take great care in choosing venues for you, Paintballing Limited act as a booking agent and therefore are not responsible for the running, maintainence and equipment on the affiliated paintball parks. Paintballing Limited are not liable for any claims against injury or loss of property on site.

Not suitable for pregnant women, people suffering from epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart conditions.

Paintballing Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, without warning.
